I spent the summer helping the chamber with HubSpot which is similar to the student tracking programs and learning the ins and outs. I helped develop a donor engagement guide. The donor engagement guide was like a lesson plan or parent engagement plan, basically lines out what they do and how they plan various interactions with various donors. Similar to how I plan out all the potential answers and questions I might run into during a lesson plan. Overall, it was a good experience and glad I did it.
