  • Provide hands-on learning about STEM careers

  • Show educators the ins and outs of how the host organization works

  • Grow educator STEM networks
  • Come with clear expectations & onboarding

Expectations

  • Define a meaningful STEM work experience that includes exposure to real-world people working in STEM (we’ll help!)

  • Provide the onboarding and management support your extern needs to succeed at your workplace

  • Be ready to continue a relationship with an educator after the summer is over!

  • Bring your learning back to the classroom

  • Be ready to continue a relationship with a STEM employer and look for ways to integrate them into student learning!
